If you are a victim of the “I’m too busy to eat healthy” syndrome, be assured you are not alone. It’s one of the top complaints we hear from most of our clients about why it can be so tough to stay on track with healthy eating habits.

Let’s face it, we live in an age where multitasking is the norm. Where we rush from client meetings to conference calls to pick ups and drop offs. And since there are SO many opportunities to grab unhealthy foods (hello Dunkin’ Donuts, vending machines, break rooms, check out line at supermarket), it can be really really challenging to keep your good healthy eating habits in tact.

So what can you do to take back control? 

First and foremost is changing your tune about how you speak to yourself. Are you always saying to yourself (either out loud or internally) “I’m just too busy to eat healthy?” Lo and behold it’s the first trap.

Other crucial elements include meal planning and stocking go-to snacks and recipes. We realize that although these changes don’t happen overnight, they ARE doable!
