How it all started
In our early days as nutritionists, we thought we could just tell people how to eat and send them on their way. Seeing our clients struggling to stay on track and facing blocks in their bodies, minds and lives inspired us to dig in and develop realistic strategies that work long-term.
The Simply Nourished Solution™ is the culmination of decades of research and experience with hundreds of clients. It’s a holistic program that delivers a broad toolset containing what actually works to help women in midlife and beyond achieve their weight, energy and health goals.
Meet the Nourishing Gurus
Stephanie is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and Holistic Health Practitioner. As a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), Stephanie feels that the body has an amazing ability to heal itself with proper nutrition. Stephanie received her original certification as a Clinical Nutritionist through the Academy of Natural Health Sciences. She is currently pursuing a certification as a life coach.
Jane is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, seasoned integrative nutrition counselor, and speaker. Jane graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and participated in the Oregon Health Sciences University Graduate Nutrition Internship. She has extensive affiliations and certifications in Adult and Pediatric Weight Management, LEAP Therapy specializing in food sensitivities, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), New Jersey Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs (NE), and Dietitians in Functional Medicine (DIFM).

We know it can be doubly daunting to try to adjust your own shopping, cooking and eating habits while balancing the needs and preferences of your family members. We’ve designed our recipes and meal plans to provide the nourishment you need to thrive, and, with a few exceptions like more iron for growing children, our eating plan provides everything needed to make families healthier, too. In this way, one program participant can change many lives around them. If your family isn’t quite on board, it can help to share what you’re learning and explain that the changes you’re making can give you more healthy and happy years together.
Our approach is a long-term, holistic change in your eating and lifestyle. It works on many areas of your habits and mindsets to produce a permanent shift in the foods you eat, and the foods you want to eat. It is not designed to be overly restrictive or rely on any other short-term gimmicks to temporarily make you lose weight. Studies show that restrictive diets usually cause you to regain the weight (and more) when you “go off the diet” again. Our plan is not something you go on and off of — and The Simply Nourished Solution™ is built to be easy and enjoyable, so you never want to.
We’ve designed The Simply Nourished Solution™ to give you the knowledge, tools and strategies you need to reshape your eating and health habits 90-days. If, at the end of the program, you want to keep going for additional support and progress, you can. You’ll have the option to continue to participate in all aspects of the program — including our online community and weekly calls — for another three months for less than the price of one!. (We don’t want to say goodbye, either!).
This is a cohort program where you and a group of supportive women commit to give it your best for a full three months. Once you join, you have access to all of our materials and resources, which you can save and use forever. It’s not really possible for you to hand back the course for a refund.
