You won’t miss the parmesan in this dairy-free version that is rich with anti-inflammatory olive oil and garlic, omega-3 walnuts, and yummy basil (vit K, A, C, antioxidants).

 ½ cup Walnuts
 1 cup Fresh Basil
  cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 Lemon, juiced
 1 clove Garlic
 Sea Salt (to taste)
 Black Pepper (to taste)

Process the walnuts, basil, and garlic together until finely minced.


Slowly add olive oil, then lemon juice.


Season with salt and pepper.


Use as a dip or to mix with veggies, chicken, fish, grains, or whatever strikes your fancy.
