Ingredients
 1 cup Water OR 1/2 cups Water + 1/2 cups Coconut Water
 1 cup Greens (Romaine or Spinach)
 1 Green Apple, cored
 ¼ cup Parsley
 ½ Cucumber
 2 stalks Celery
 1 Lemon, juiced
 1 - 2 tsp Fresh Ginger, chopped
