Preheat oven to 400F.
Use a paper towel to pat dry the sliced jicama.
In a bowl, combine oil with seasoning and add fries; toss to coat thoroughly.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Each “fry” should be at least 1/2 inch apart.
Bake for about 30 min (or until slightly brown), rotating halfway.
