These easy to make burgers pair perfectly with our jicama fries.
Saute the veggies in a tablespoon of avocado oil (or olive oil) for about 3-4 minutes.
Combine in a bowl with the ground chicken/turkey, cilantro, salt, lime juice and red pepper.
Mix well. Form into 4 patties and broil for 5 minutes on both sides until cooked through.
