This creamy nutritious smoothie tastes like a great indulgence.

Ingredients
 1 scoop Protein Powder (plain or approved vanilla flavor)
 1 heaping tbsp Tahini (or natural cashew or almond butter)
 1 tbsp Flaxseeds, ground
 1 small-medium Ripe Banana, frozen
 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
 1 tsp Ginger, fresh or powdered
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, alcohol free
 1 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
 5 Ice Cubes (or a mix of ice cubes and coconut cubes, which can be made by pouring coconut milk into ice cube trays)
Optional Ingredients
 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
 1 tsp Maca powder
 1 splash Coffee
 1 tsp Dandy Blend (coffee substitute)
