Pear Filling
 3 large pears
 1 tbsp organic sugar or coconut sugar or monk fruit
 1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp ground ginger
 ½ tsp cardamom
Crisp Topping
 ¾ cup almond flour
 ½ cup shredded coconut
 3 tbsp raw organic sugar, coconut sugar, or monk fruit
 ¼ cup grass-fed butter or ghee, melted
 ½ cup nuts, like walnuts, pecans, cashews

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat 9-inch pie dish with avocado oil spray or coat with avocado oil.

In medium bowl, combine pear filling ingredients, and stir gently until well combined. Scoop into pie dish.

Stir together coconut almond crisp ingredients until mixed well. It will be a bit crumbly. Top onto pear filling so it's evenly distributed.

Bake about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.

Additional Notes: To turn this into a breakfast, use as a topping for plain Greek yogurt or cottage cheese.
