Roasted Turnips & Thyme

These turnips are sweet, delicious, and SO underrated.
5 large Turnips
2 ½ tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
Black Pepper, ground (to taste)
1 tsp Dried Thyme OR 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
Peel and cut turnips into small – medium chunks and put in bowl.
Toss with olive oil, saltl and pepper.
Roast at 375 for 40 minutes or until nice and tender but not mushy.
