A THICK smoothie bowl filled with brain boosting nutrients.

 ½ cup Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk
 2 cups Spinach or other greens
 ¼ Banana, frozen
 ½ cup Cherries, frozen
 1 tbsp Almond Butter
 ½ tsp Turmeric, ground
 ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground
 ½ tsp Ginger, ground
 4 Ice Cubes
Optional Ingredients
 2 tbsp Unflavored Protein Powder
 ¼ cup Berries
 1 tbsp Coconut, flaked
 1 tbsp Nuts/Seeds, crushed

Blend all ingredients together.


Adjust liquid for desired thickness.
