A sweet energizing snack to keep you going between meals

Place oats and walnuts in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
Use a large bowl to mix in tahini, coconut and honey until well combined.
Roll the mixture with your hands into small balls, set on a plate, and refrigerate until hard.
Store in the fridge.
