Upgrade your usual bone broth with this nutrient packed version.
12 oz Bone Broth, heated (homemade broth is ideal but if you don’t have any on hand, use boxed organic chicken broth)
1 tbsp Coconut Butter/ Manna
5 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 -2 in Fresh Ginger, peeled, sliced
1 Thick Lemon Slice
Melt the coconut butter into the warm broth.
Add ginger, lemon, and mint.
Drink up (we do not remove the ginger, etc. but drink while it’s still in the cup).
