Winter Squash Breakfast Pudding

Not your typical breakfast, but delicious and satisfying!
½ cup Butternut or other Sweet Winter Squash (cooked soft)
3 tbsp Full Fat Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Flaxseeds, ground
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp (max) Coconut Sugar or Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Nuts, crushed (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
Blend all ingredients except nuts in a food processor.
Top with nuts and serve, warm or room temp.
