I will say about this recipe is that it is very versatile. Sub the chocolate chips with fresh fruit like blueberries or raspberries, peaches or apples. Or use half shredded carrots or zucchini and some raisins or dried cranberries. The possibilities are endless.
Ingredients
1 cup Oat Bran or Ground Oats
¾ cup Almond Flour/Meal
¼ cup Flax Meal or Ground Flax
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Pinch Sea Salt
2 Eggs
⅓ cup Pure Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.

Combine all your dry ingredients into a large bowl.

Add in the chocolate chips.

In a separate medium size bowl, combine the wet ingredients.

Combine wet and dry together.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a fork inserted comes out clean.
