Homemade Frozen Popsicles

Before the heat of summer fades, we wanted to share a fun popsicle recipe that you can still enjoy during the warm days of August (and beyond).

We know something is a winner when our teenage kids (and their friends) gobble it up.

THIS is one of those recipes and you will not believe how simple it is.

Here’s the thing about most frozen pops. They are loaded with excess sugar (or artificial sweeteners) as well as food dyes and other additives our bodies don’t need.

Enter, homemade pops. As with anything homemade, it’s a win-win.

Not only do you have complete control over the ingredients you choose, it’s cost effective to boot.

The recipe we came up with is very versatile. We made two batches, one using a combo of mango and pineapple and one using blueberries.

By the way, don’t be afraid of the fat content in the full fat coconut milk. And even if you are not a coconut fan, the end result does not taste very “coco-nutty.”
