Typically, it will ask you to enter the food and amount or serving size, so you can track things like fat, carbs, protein and of course calories.

But what does that really tell you about YOU?

These forms are often missing critical pieces of the picture that are necessary components to figuring out what makes you tick and what might be tripping you up.

Dig a little deeper and you will discover that your body offers up all sorts of clues!

The problem is that you are likely ignoring them.
