Banana Fro-Yo
This is absolutely delicious on its own. But oh so fun to play around and mix in other stuff!

Ingredients
2 frozen Bananas (peel ripe bananas, cut into chunks, and freeze for use in desserts and smoothies)
¼ cup Full Fat Coconut Milk (from a can like Native Forrest)
Optional Additions
1 ½ tbsp Cacao Powder, Raw Cacao Nibs, or Dark Chocolate Chips
½ tsp Vanilla Extract, alcohol free
⅛ cup Other Frozen Fruit (slightly thawed)
3 tbsp Nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
3 tbsp Pomegranate Arils
3 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut, shredded
½ tsp Natural Mint Extract + 2 tbsp Pistachios
1 tbsp Berries + 2 tbsp Granola
1Place bananas into your food processor and process while slowly adding the coconut milk until you have the consistency of frozen yogurt. You may not use all ¼ cup of milk.
