Ingredients
  cup Medjool Dates, soaked in hot water for 30 minutes (or room temp water overnight)
 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract, alcohol free
 1 large Avocado, mashed
 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
 ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa or Carob Powder
 ½ cup Date Water (reserve from soaked dates
 2 tbsp Lakanto, if needed

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until totally smooth and creamy.

If you need a little extra sweetness, try adding a small amount of ripe banana or a little more date water to taste.

If you are used to very sweet desserts, you may need a little extra boost but make sure its from a healthy source, such as raw honey, 100% pure maple syrup, coconut sugar, or whole leaf stevia.
