Ingredients
 1 cup Filtered Water
 2 medium-large stalks Celery
 ½ Grapefruit
 ½ cup Mango, frozen or fresh chilled
 5 in. piece Cucumber
 1 large handful Greens (like spinach or romaine)
Optional Ingredients
 1 small knob Ginger, peeled

Put all ingredients in a blender for about 20 seconds or until smooth.
