Sweet, immune boosting jello gummies.

Ingredients
 ¾ cup Lemon Juice
 1 cup Blueberries or Raspberries, fresh or frozen
 4 tbsp Raw Honey
 4 tbsp Gelatin (Vital Protiens Brand)

Blend together lemon juice and frozen fruit.

Pour into a saucepan and begin heating.

Add the honey and gelatin and stir constantly with a whisk, letting the mixture simmer (not boil) until it thins out (about 5-6 minutes).

Remove from pan and pour into silicon molds. Place in fridge for about 2 hours to harden.
