Homemade Frozen Popsicles
A fun popsicle recipe that you can enjoy during the warm days of August (and beyond).
Ingredients
2 cups Favorite Fruit (blueberries, strawberries, mango, peaches, etc)
1 Banana (large)
2 tbsp Honey
1 Can Coconut Milk, full fat
¼ cup Coconut Flakes, unsweetened (Optional)
1Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2 Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a couple of hours.
3Add sticks about 20 minutes into freezing so they will stay straight. Or use a mold that has a lid and keeps the sticks in place from the get-go.
