Blueberry Lovers Salad
The salad itself has only TWO ingredients, but it’s the simple dressing that brings it to life.

Ingredients
5 ½ cups Salad Greens
1 ½ cups Blueberries
¼ cup Almonds, chopped or slivered (optional)
Dressing Ingredients
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 heaping tsp Raw Honey
⅛ tsp Sea Salt
Black Pepper, ground (to taste)
1Toss together greens and berries.
2Mix dressing ingredients and stir gently into salad until well coated.
3Top with slivered almonds (if desired).
