Jicama Fries
These fries have a crisp texture and fruit-like succulent, sweet-starchy taste

Ingredients
1 medium Jicama, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
¼ tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Sea Salt
1 pinch Cayenne Pepper, ground
2Use a paper towel to pat dry the sliced jicama.
3In a bowl, combine oil with seasoning and add fries; toss to coat thoroughly.
4Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
5Each “fry” should be at least 1/2 inch apart.
6Bake for about 30 min (or until slightly brown), rotating halfway.
