A recipe perfect for making cubes, popsicles , or ice cream.
Puree all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth.
Pour into your favorite Popsicle mold and freeze 3-4 hours, or until completely solid.
Additional Notes:
Makes 5-6 Popsicles or 20+ small cubes depending on the size of your molds.
If you use frozen pineapple & banana, and decrease the coconut milk to 1/3 cup you can puree this in a food processor and make "ice cream"!
