Ingredients
 2 cups Raw Pumpkin Seeds
 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
 ¼ tsp Sea Salt
 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
 ½ tsp Ginger, ground
 ¼ tsp Cardamom

Preheat oven to 325.

Toss pumpkin seeds with remaining ingredients until well coated, and then spread them evenly on a baking sheet pan.

Bake for 7-10 minutes until aromatic and slightly browned. The pumpkin seeds will become crispy as they cool.

Additional Notes:

We recommend a 1/4 cup serving. This recipe makes 2 cups.
