This dip is delicious and packed with fiber and protein.

Prep Time20 minsTotal Time20 mins
Ingredients
2 cups White Beans, cooked OR 1 Can White Beans, rinsed and drained
½ tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped OR 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
 ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro (optional)
½ tsp Fresh Garlic, chopped OR 1/4 tsp Garlic Flakes
 1 tsp Lemon Juice
 Sea Salt (to taste)
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1

In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for the oil.

2

Here’s where the fun part comes in. After the above ingredients are blended, keep your food processor running and allow the oil to drizzle in and blend slowly (this is the same method you use to make homemade mayonnaise). More than likely, you have a small opening in the push tube of your food processor.

3

This opening allows you to pour oil into it and allow the oil to drip into the mixture slowly. Keep mixing until the dip is nice and smooth.
