Lime Cilantro Burgers
These easy to make burgers pair perfectly with our jicama fries.

Ingredients
1 lb Organic Ground Turkey or Chicken
¼ cup Red Onions, finely diced
¼ cup Red Bell Peppers, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
½ tsp Sea Salt
¼ cup Lime Juice
¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
1Saute the veggies in a tablespoon of avocado oil (or olive oil) for about 3-4 minutes.
2Combine in a bowl with the ground chicken/turkey, cilantro, salt, lime juice and red pepper.
3Mix well. Form into 4 patties and broil for 5 minutes on both sides until cooked through.
