 2 or 3 large Zucchini, peeled in long strips (or spiralized with a spirilaizer)
 2 cloves Garlic, minced
 2 tbsp Coconut Oil or Ghee
 Sea Salt (to taste)
 Black Pepper (to taste)
 Onion Powder (to taste)

Saute garlic and zucchini until garlic is golden and zucchini is caramelized.
