Zucchini Pasta
This makes a great sub for pasta if you are trying to cut back on starchy carbs and/or gluten.

Ingredients
2 or 3 large Zucchini, peeled in long strips (or spiralized with a spirilaizer)
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Coconut Oil or Ghee
Sea Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Onion Powder (to taste)
1Saute garlic and zucchini until garlic is golden and zucchini is caramelized.
2Add spices & season to taste.
