You will not believe that these are actually faux-tatoes.

Ingredients
 1 large head cauliflower (may use Turnips or Celeriac as well)
 4 tbsp full fat coconut milk, canned OR chicken broth
 1 tbsp extra virgin oliveoOil
 sea salt (to taste)
 black pepper, ground (to taste)
Optional Ingredients
 Dill (to taste)
 Chives (to taste)
 Curry (to taste)

Steam cauliflower until soft.

Use blender, immersion blender or mixer to mash/blend cauliflower and coconut milk/broth. Start with less liquid (2 tbs) and add more as needed to get to your desired consistency.

Add oil, spices to taste.
