Sweet & Crunchy Swiss Chard
This recipe will work with any greens, such as kale or collards.

Ingredients
1 large bunch Swiss Chard (or other greens)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Walnuts, chopped
¼ cup Raisins
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Sea Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Optional Ingredient
½ Lemon, juiced
1Chop chard into 2” pieces and steam until tender.
2Meanwhile, heat oil and add raisins and walnuts.
3Sauté until nuts are slightly toasted, 3-4 minutes.
4Add garlic and greens and sauté another couple minutes to blend flavors.
5Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
