These turnips are sweet, delicious, and SO underrated.
Peel and cut turnips into small – medium chunks and put in bowl.
Toss with olive oil, saltl and pepper.
Roast at 375 for 40 minutes or until nice and tender but not mushy.
Season with thyme.
