About a year ago, we first heard about a healing dance called Wu Tao and connected with its founder Michelle Locke.  Wu Tao is an amazing way to combine meditation, dance and healing all into one beautiful bubble.  We thought the best way to introduce this meditative dance with you would be through a personal interview with Michelle.  In the interview, which you can listen to here, you will learn not only about WuTao, but Michelle’s amazing and transformational story which led her down the path to developing this restorative form of dance.
