When I think about it, I do have several “nonnegotiables” in my life (brushing my teeth at least 2 times/day is definitely one of them :)).
I have been gluten free for about 18 years now and avoiding gluten is nonnegotiable for me. I do not have celiac and it is not life threatening for me to eat gluten, I just don’t want to eat something that made me feel bad for so long.
